From this <strong>tungsten electrode<\/strong>, the <strong>arc comes out, which heats the material to be welded until it becomes liquid<\/strong>. The weld pool is <strong>protected by an inert gas<\/strong> (usually Argon gas) that comes out of the nozzle of the TIG
