The new DC-2 Ultra Clear 2.0, with its Ultra Clear 2.0 filter (ADF U60), True Color technology and light shade 2.0, makes the surrounding area look clearer, more natural and with less of a “cave effect”. The result: less eye strain and greater precision, especially during long hours of work or when carrying out fine-detail tasks.
And when the arc ignites, it responds exactly as it should: 0.04 ms darkening time and 4 sensors for fast, stable detection. It also offers a variable DIN 5–8 / 9–13.5 range with internal digital adjustment, so you can set it exactly to your preference depending on the process and working intensity. You can also digitally adjust the sensitivity and delay time (from 0.06 to 2 s), fine-tuning the helmet so it adapts to you, not the other way around.
The difference is also noticeable in the viewing area: 98 × 62 mm. More screen means more control, without having to move your head around as if you were searching for Wi-Fi. And for everyday workshop use, the external grind mode is worth its weight in gold: you can switch from welding to preparing the workpiece without wasting time or constantly taking the helmet off.
